The workers' compensation law office seeks a legal assistant for a full-time position. Job duties include creating and maintaining legal files, organizing medical and legal records, maintaining electronic records, and assisting with general office back-up, including answering multi-line phone system. Candidates must be computer literate and have strong writing/communication skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certification and/or 2+ years of legal assistant experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite tools and Adobe products
Fluent in Spanish and English.
