Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (Russian)

We are looking for an Intake Specialist for our small but very busy personal injury law firm located close to Downtown, Orlando area. Our Intake Specialists work as a team and in most cases are our office's initial contact with all incoming clients by phone and in person. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information. Must be able to multitask, stay calm under pressure and represent yourself in a professional and caring manner at all times. Bilingual in Russian is required for this role.

Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Gathering all necessary documents to begin Intake Process.
• Conduct Questionnaire in person and over the phone.
• Review and ensure Retainer Agreement is signed and executed properly.
• Assist clients with questions and concerns pertaining to their case during the sign-up process.
• Contact insurance companies, starting claims, gathering insurance & adjuster's information and documenting in our system.
• Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service with proper phone etiquette, taking messages and/or transferring calls to the correct point of contact example: Case Manager, Management, or Attorney.
• Making copies, responding to emails, e-faxing and scanning.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

Qualifications:

• Must have 1 to 3 years of PI experience
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Must be able to Multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clerical skills including filing, copying, and scanning
