Position Overview

This is a critical office-based role that connects our administrative team with our warehouse operations. You will manage both the digital and physical flow of inventory, ensuring real-time system accuracy and seamless coordination across departments.

This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for a detail-driven professional who takes ownership and pride in operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Carrier & Shipping Coordination

· Schedule pickups and deliveries with UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers

· Confirm receiving windows and resolve shipping discrepancies

· Ensure timely outbound shipments

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

· Process daily orders accurately and efficiently

· Generate shipping documentation

· Print and manage high-volume labels

· Maintain precise data entry standards

Inventory & Receiving

· Reconcile inbound shipments against Purchase Orders

· Investigate discrepancies and correct system variances

· Maintain real-time inventory accuracy

RMA & Returns Management

· Own the full RMA lifecycle from initiation to resolution

· Inspect returned goods and determine disposition

· Process re-stocks and credits within the system

· Track return metrics and ensure accountability

Cross-Department Liaison

· Serve as the communication bridge between:

o Office staff (English-speaking)

o Warehouse personnel (Mandarin-speaking)

· Ensure clarity, alignment, and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

· Bilingual Fluency (Required)

· Professional or native fluency in English and Mandarin

· System Power User (Required)

· Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

· Hands-on NetSuite experience strongly preferred

Compensation

$26.00 – $30.00/hr (WMS experience)

$30.00 – $32.00+/hr (NetSuite specialists)

Paid based on experience and demonstrated system proficiency
