Are you looking for a rewarding career in a patient-centered environment? Our Chiropractic Clinic in Haltom City is seeking a dedicated and reliable Medical Assistant to join our team! No chiropractic/medical experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training for all aspects of the role.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM/close
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (rotating schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk duties, including scheduling and patient check-ins
• Assist the doctor with clinical tasks to ensure smooth patient care
• Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and the use of therapy equipment
• Communicate with attorneys offices and insurance providers regarding patient care and treatment plans
• Escort patients to treatment rooms and provide a welcoming experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Medical and/or office experience preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills (including email & Excel)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred
