Bilingual Medical Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our outpatient pain clinic. The ideal candidate will support clinical operations across outpatient settings. Preferred experience with ICD coding, EHR systems, medical terminology, is essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients and insurance companies.
• Preferred experience with ICD coding, EHR systems, medical terminology
• Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and vital signs.
• Documentation of patient's clinical notes.
• Assisting office management.

Requirements

• Preferred Korean/Chinese as a second language.
• Knowledge of ICD coding and EHR systems, medical terminology, and medical billing is a plus.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant in outpatient or hospital settings preferred.
• Experience preferred, Training is to be provided.
• Full-time, Long term commitment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
