Bilingual Medical Assistant Phlebotomist

Valley Laser & Skin is a growing medical spa and wellness clinic dedicated to helping our clients look and feel their best through advanced aesthetics, hormone therapy, weight loss programs, IV nutrition, and laser treatments. We’re expanding our team and are seeking a Medical Assistant with Phlebotomy skills to support our providers and clients in a professional, friendly, and patient-centered environment.

Position Overview

The Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist will play a key role in supporting daily clinic operations, ensuring excellent patient care, and assisting with both medical and aesthetic procedures. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys multitasking, and thrives in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and blood draws (must be certified in WA as MA-Phlebotomist or MA-R with phlebotomy endorsement).
• Assist with patient intake, vitals, and charting.
• Support providers with IV therapy, weight loss programs, and post-treatment care.
• Prepare and stock treatment rooms; run sterilizations & maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
• Assist with lasers, injectables, and wellness services (training provided).
• Check patients in/out & cover receptionist duties when needed, and collect payment.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for.
• Handle administrative duties such as appointment prep, documentation, and follow-ups as needed.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-Phlebotomist or MA-R (with phlebotomy endorsement) certification required.
• Previous experience in a medical, medspa, or wellness setting preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate).
• Strong English and Spanish communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic about aesthetics and wellness.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time preferred (part-time considered).
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($20–$28/hr).

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
