Our thriving healthcare clinic, Freedom Integrated Medicine, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Case Manager to play a key role in helping patients access essential care services.

This role is ideal for a skilled sales professional who is passionate about helping others and motivated to earn based on performance. We take a low-pressure, education-based approach, helping patients make confident decisions about their health.

As our primary patient sales professional, you'll use your communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills to guide patients toward care solutions that improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations to assess needs and recommend tailored treatment options
• Build strong, trust-based relationships through confident, clear communication
• Present care plans in a way that supports patient confidence and commitment
• Follow a structured process to guide patients through their care journey
• Provide consistent follow-up to keep patients informed and engaged
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Track patient interactions and maintain organized records
• Help patients understand the value of recommended care in a professional, ethical manner
