We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced, full time Bilingual Medical Front Desk Receptionist at our SE - Washington, DC Physical Therapy clinic location. If you have excellent customer service and communication skills, with Medical Receptionist and/or general front office experience, you could be a great fit for this opportunity!

The Front Desk Receptionist should have a great personality, be efficient, organized and punctual, be familiar with a variety of health insurance providers, and be highly proficient with managing patient referrals and scheduling. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful.

What you'll be doing -

• Answering phones, directing phone calls and taking messages
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Data entry of patient information
• Reviewing of patient paperwork, to ensure accuracy
• Collect co-pays, co-insurances and any other payments due from the patients
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized reception area
• Respond in a timely manner to email correspondence from coworkers and patients
• Maintain medical records and files and perform other assigned clinic duties, as needed

What you'll need -

• Be able available Monday - Friday, 11 AM - 7 PM.
• Be a great multi-tasker and be computer savvy.
• Some Medical Receptionist/Font Desk and or general front office experience is required. Training will also be provided, just bring motivation and enthusiasm, with a willingness to learn.
• Be able to give your guests and patients a friendly and comfortable first impression that will last throughout their recovery and continued visits.
• Be able to use the Metro is preferred (Parking is also available)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is needed.
