Exodus Recovery, Inc. (Exodus) is seeking a full-time Bilingual Forensic Mental Health Clinician (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) to join our Project Connect program in San Diego, CA.
This role provides individual and group counseling, comprehensive mental health assessment and treatment, forensic advocacy, symptom management, skills-building, and community-based support. The clinician will work with youth and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who are involved in, or at risk of involvement in, the criminal justice system.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered with the California BBS as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC, or with the Board of Psychology as a Psychological Associate.
- Strong knowledge of mental health assessment and crisis intervention
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating sound clinical judgment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
Preferred:
- Two (2) years of clinical experience in mental health and/or experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
EDUCATION:
- Master’s degree in a related field that qualifies for AMFT, ACSW, or APCC registration
- For pre-licensed & licensed clinicians: current continuing education in compliance with BBS licensure requirements

COMPENSATION:
- $33–$37/hour (commensurate with experience)
- Additional compensation available for licensed clinicians
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Weekday schedule (day shift)
