Summary

Hope Esperanza Services, LLC is currently seeking qualified bi-lingual candidates for several positions, including Clinicians, Counselors, Parent Educators, Clinical Evaluators, School Social Workers, Behavioral Assistants, Tutors, Mentors, and additional roles.. This position requires hard work, compassion and the ability to easily connect with and help others in need. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is mature, patient and capable of emotionally connecting with clients. This position will involve working directly with clients at our office and in the community and requires regular interaction with members of various gender, race, age and cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address various mental health challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and families about mental health resources and coping strategies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field required.
• Bilingual
• Valid state licensure as a mental health therapist or counselor.
• Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy and individual/group counseling preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 coding is a plus but not mandatory.
