Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and organized Bilingual Office Assistant (English/Korean) to support daily business operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a growing company while working directly with leadership.
The Office Assistant will serve as a key communication bridge by assisting with phone calls, written correspondence, scheduling, vendor coordination, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Translate verbal and written communications as needed
- Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
- Research vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Request and compare quotes for products or services
- Follow up with partners, vendors, and clients
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file organization
- Support leadership with administrative tasks and day-to-day coordination
- Handle miscellaneous office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Korean (spoken) required
- High school diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Trustworthy, discreet, and professional
