Bilingual Office Assistant (English/Spanish)

Job Summary: The Office Assistant/Receiver is responsible for administrative tasks related to the daily operations of the business.

Essential Functions:

· Receives customer cash and load/pay sheets from contractors

· Sorts and verifies contractor load/pay sheets for job completion and accuracy

· Inputs contractors pay information into the computer system

· Provides Support to contractors, such as providing balances and answering questions

· Provides general clerical duties and general office support, including, but not limited to faxing, filing, emailing and data entry.

· Acts as a liaison for communication between company and contractors

· Running office errands as needed such as delivering pay sheets

· Other special projects and duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· 1-3 years of experience in administrative support

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Possess strong work ethic with precise attention to detail

· Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize

· Ability to work well in a team environment and independently

· English/Spanish

Education:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% or more of the time in an office setting. This position will require eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer, photocopier, telephone, calculator, check scanners, and other office equipment. The person in this position must always be aware of their surroundings and be able to quickly recognize and identify potentially dangerous situations that need to be addressed in the office. While in the office, company safety requirements must be closely followed.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
