Bilingual Office Case Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Bilingual Office staff/ Dispatcher to support daily operations in a fast-pace repossession and asset recivery environment. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and be able to effectively manage client communications, case management, dispatching and adminsitrative responsibilities. The position requires attention to detail, multitasking abilites, and excellent customer service skills when working with bank, lien holders and clients and field agents.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist clients, lenders, banks, lien holders, and customers.
  • Respond promptly to emails and maintain professional written communication.
  • Open, process, and close assignments within company software systems.
  • Place accounts on hold when required and ensure proper documentation is entered.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate case updates throughout the recovery process.
  • Dispatch field agents to assignments and coordinate daily workload.
  • Communicate assignment updates between clients and recovery agents.
  • Review incoming assignments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain detailed notes and records within company management systems.
  • Follow up on pending accounts, hold requests, and client inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all client communications meet company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with management to ensure assignments are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume periods.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous dispatching, customer service, collections, towing, repossession, logistics, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple software systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.

Location: AAA Asset Recovery – South Florida
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours support as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
