Bilingual Office & HR Coordinator (Mental Health Clinic)

Central Valley Family Therapy is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Office & HR Coordinator / Care Management Lead to support clinic operations, manage patient referrals, and oversee our Care Management team. This role ensures patients are connected with the right care, clinicians have the resources they need, and our clinic runs efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

• Care Management Oversight: Supervise the Care Management team, assign referrals, monitor caseloads, and ensure timely follow-up and documentation.
• Coordinating patient referrals, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Managing office supplies, cleanliness, and equipment setup (Zoom/Teams/OWL).
• Supporting onboarding and HR administrative functions.
• Maintaining online referral systems and electronic health record systems.
• Serving as the point person for IT coordination, mail, and staff communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
• Experience in healthcare or administrative management preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior management/supervisory experience necessary
• Comfortable with AI platforms and use of technology
• Expert level experience using Microsoft Word, Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
