Bilingual Office Manager

About the Role

Texas Vein Experts is a fast-growing vascular and vein clinic group serving patients throughout the San Antonio area. We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Required Office Manager who can lead clinic operations across multiple locations while maintaining high standards in patient experience, team performance, and operational execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and enjoys leading teams, solving problems, improving systems, and driving accountability.

ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations & Leadership

• Manage daily operations across multiple clinic locations
• Lead and coach front desk staff, medical assistants, ultrasound techs, and providers
• Ensure efficient patient flow and excellent customer service
• Maintain accountability for attendance, performance, and professionalism
• Support communication and coordination across clinic teams

Systems & Operations

• Monitor and manage clinic inventory and supplies
• Develop and improve SOPs and operational workflows
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to staffing, scheduling, workflow, and technology
• Ensure clinics are operating efficiently and consistently

Patient Experience

• Work closely with scheduling and authorization teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Help increase patient satisfaction and online reviews
• Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly

Administrative Duties

• Review employee timecards and assist with payroll support
• Track and report KPIs and operational metrics
• Coordinate with property management for facility-related issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational compliance

QualificationsRequired

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Clinical or Medical Assistant (MA) background
• 3+ years of management experience in a medical setting
• Experience leading teams and managing staff performance
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Stable work history

Preferred

• Multi-site clinic management experience
• Experience with KPI tracking and performance management
• Vein, vascular, or specialty clinic experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
