Bilingual Orthodontic Assistant

We’re looking for a friendly and dependable Orthodontic Assistant to become part of our team!

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a team player who:

• Maintains excellent attendance and is punctual and prepared every day.

• Communicates clearly with patients and coworkers.

• Is bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Key Responsibilities:

• Place separators, elastic ties, chains, and wires.
• Prepare teeth for bonding of braces and aligner attachments.
• Check for loose brackets, monitor and instruct patients on oral hygiene.
• Take X-rays, iTero scans, photos, and impressions.
• Review and write chart notes, schedule next appointments.
• Deliver fixed and removable appliances with instructions.
• Assist the orthodontist during procedures and anticipate their needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked operatory.
• Perform sterilization and side tasks as assigned.
• Represent our practice positively inside and outside the office.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience.
• Positive, self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent patient service mindset.
• Committed to learning, growth, and teamwork.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and skill level
