Bilingual Paralegal

This is a full-time paralegal role, ideal for someone with foundational legal knowledge who is ready to take on substantive casework and client advocacy. You will be an essential part of our legal team, managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury cases.

What You'll Do:

  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence
  • Manage case files from intake through settlement or trial
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
  • Organize and maintain case documentation, medical records, and evidence
  • Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness materials
  • Monitor case deadlines and statute of limitations
  • Coordinate medical appointments, depositions, and other case-related logistics
  • Provide exceptional client communication and case updates

What We're Looking For:

  • Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or related field
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English - REQUIRED
  • 1-3 years of paralegal experience preferred (personal injury experience is a plus)
  • Strong legal writing and document preparation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • This is an in-office position at our headquarters in Austin, TX

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience
