About the Role:
You must be able but not limited to:
- Initially work under supervision
- Do client questionnaires for forms.
- Collect Client evidence as needed.
- Review forms with clients
- Review declarations with clients
- Call clients to collect more evidence.
- Review of packet prepared by admins/assistants so that they can make can final changes
- Legal research
- Draft legal documents including but not limited to briefs, pleas, appeals and motions.
- E-file and print documents as needed
- Other job duties as assigned
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bilingual – Speak, read and write in Punjabi - This is required.
- An excellent verbal and written communicator
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strongly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knows how to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary
- A person who acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Can motivate and work with a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software
- - Flexible to work both remotely and in-office

Pay rate is DOE; 2+ years experience as an immigration paralegal highly desired.
