Bilingual - Patient Help Center Specialist

Do you love talking to people and have a natural ability to connect, influence, and sell with confidence? Our Patient Help Center Specialists are the friendly, energetic voices representing our Dentures and Implants offices nationwide.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls with potential patients, creating a great first impression, explaining the benefits of our services, and converting those conversations into in-person consultations. You will also follow up to confirm appointments, answer questions, and ensure patients are excited and prepared for their visit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure each patient has a positive experience with our company
Be friendly, professional, and engaging in every conversation
Confidently communicate the value of our dental services to potential patients
Receive inbound calls and make outbound follow-up and confirmation calls
Convert 75% or more of new-patient calls to in-person consultations
Overcome objections and rejection with confidence and care
Accurately schedule new patients into the practice management software
Track all requested statistics and review performance with the Team Lead
Maintain daily communication with your Team Lead and team members, since this is a remote position
Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions
Promote teamwork and collaboration with peers
Offer help when needed and ask for support when challenges arise
Take the initiative to grow your skills and contribute to team goals
Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Call center: 1 year (Required)
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Dental terminology knowledge is a plus, but not required
US work authorization (Required)
Reliable high-speed internet (minimum upload speed: 25/10 Mbps (Required)
Strong people skills and a passion for conversation
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Confident and persuasive, able to sell the value of a free consultation
Must be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong organization skills
Dedicated, quiet workspace
A High School Diploma (required)
Second language is a plus, but not required

Schedule: Full Time - 8 hour shifts - flexible working evenings or weekends as desired

Compensation: Hourly rate starting at $17/hour plus bonus
