Paragon Home Care Agency is seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Bi‑Lingual Payroll Clerk to support our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing for our caregivers and administrative staff. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Payroll Manager in processing weekly payroll for a large and active workforce
- Assist employees with payroll questions, direct deposit updates, and tax form inquiries
- Maintain accurate payroll files and documentation
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations
- Support year‑end processes, including W‑2 distribution and payroll audits
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Previous payroll, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency with payroll systems (experience with Paylocity is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities

Position entry level requirements:
- High School diploma required
- At least 1 year of experience in the health care or home care field (preferred)
- Experience with HHAeXchange.com (preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
