A Good Life Home Care Agency is a Georgia Pediatric Program that provides In-Home Healthcare services to Medically Fragile Children in need of Skilled, Unskilled, and/or Behavioral Services in the comfort of the their home.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse ($50PH- Contract) for our Home Health division . The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being. This role requires a strong background in nursing, particularly in pediatrics and experience with patients with disabilities.

We have a case for immediate hire in 30046, GA. -8yrs old, Cerebral palsy, wheelchair bound, non verbal, G-tube and PO feed, nice clean family, no pets. This could be part-time to supplement your income as this position is 35 flexible monthly hours, (up to 9 days a month).

The client gets home via school bus at 4PM, so the hours will be at that time or after, Weekends are flexible but not mandatory. Example- 4pm-8pm, 6pm-10pm, 5pm-9pm, 4pm-9pm. The hours and days are flexible, totally dependent on your availability.

Duties

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting all changes accurately.
• Assist with basic life support measures when required, ensuring patient safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and care provided in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Sign weekly time sheets and bi weekly CNA supervisory visits.

Requirements

• Current GEORGIA Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of pediatrics and experience in medication administration.
• CPR/ First Aid Certification
• Familiarity with caring for pediatrics and individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
