Are you an experienced Bilingual Case Manager with a passion for providing exceptional client care and attention? Do you have 3-5 years of experience in a personal injury law firm and have a client-focused mindset? Calderon Law Firm, a leading personal injury law firm in Houston, Texas, is looking for a talented Case Manager to join our dedicated team.
About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage client medical treatment plans
- Draft and send Letters of Protection (LOPs)
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns
- Gather and organize client medical records and documentation
- Liaise with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the case
- Prepare case files for attorney review and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and management
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments, medical treatments, and other necessary meetings
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to clients throughout their case
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Case Manager in a personal injury law firm
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
