Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Case Manager. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to our legal team and assisting with various case management tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in legal research or paralegal work.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all aspects of their case from treatment to the demand stage are handled with care and efficiency.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and attention to detail while managing cases.
• Approach client interactions with empathy and understanding.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal situations.
• Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation, records, and evidence.
• Monitor case timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Experience in pre litigation case management
• Experience in document review and management
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in written work
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Bilingual Spanish
