Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of personal injury law. This role is crucial in supporting attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document management, ensuring that all aspects of personal injury cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in the preparation of personal injury cases from inception through trial.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Manage case files using document management systems such as iManage and PCLaw.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information for cases.
• Prepare trial binders and assist in trial preparation as needed.
• Stay informed about changes in personal injury law and relevant regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably within personal injury law.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Familiarity with document management systems (iManage, PCLaw) is highly desirable.
• Experience with legal research tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of other areas of law such as patent law, family law, estate planning, or environmental law is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,400.00 - $83,200.00 per year
