We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Lines Client Service Representative to join our growing team. This person will be assisting our producers and service team and working out of our Noblesville, IN office.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Superior Insurance Partners can provide.

- Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls
- Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
- Quoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal process
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year client service experience working insurance
- Property and Casualty Insurance License or ability to obtain in first 60 days
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
