  • Salary: $90K–$110K

  • Language: English & Japanese (Business-level fluency required)

  • ︎ Key Responsibilities:
  • Track IT project progress and maintain documentation (status reports, schedules, dashboards).

  • Assist in identifying risks, issues, and corrective actions.

  • Support compliance with project standards, templates, and processes.

  • Help organize training sessions and workshops on methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

  • Maintain documentation, templates, and knowledge-sharing systems.

  • Coordinate with trainers, consultants, and cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure consistent use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

  • Facilitate communication through reports, meeting notes, and updates.

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups.

  • Communicate with Japan headquarters and global stakeholders.

  • Maintain PMO’s central repository for lessons learned and best practices.

  • Support content creation for knowledge bases and PMO updates.

  • ︎ The right candidate will possess:
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

  • Analytical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Confidence in managing discussions and conflict resolution.

  • ︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or PMO-related IT roles.

  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications.

  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and organizational change management.

  • Strong knowledge of project management approaches and SDLC.

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
