Bilingual Pre-Licensed Therapist (CSW, ACMHC)

Position: Bilingual Associate Pre-Licensed Therapist (CSW or ACMHC) – Trauma-Informed & Identify Affirming Practice

Location: Taylorsville, Utah (In-person & Virtual: Hybrid)
Projected Start Date: Within the next 2 - 3 weeks

Inclusive Minded Counseling & Consulting, LLC is currently seeking a pre-licensed CSW or ACMHC bilingual therapist to provide therapy services, in Spanish & English, from a trauma focused and feminist multicultural lens. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish-English speaking (required)
• EMDR Trained (preferred, not mandatory)
• 40 Hour Sexual Assault Counselor Training (preferred, not mandatory)
• Ability to work both virtually and in-person
• Access to WIFI when working virtually
• Access to laptop with webcam & microphone, and access to cellphone
• Minimally a 2 year commitment
• Interested in working with clients who are healing from sexual abuse and domestic violence
• Eager to learn
• Can work with diverse & oppressed populations
• Advocate for marginalized & oppressed populations

General Expectations

Employee will be expected to:

• Work 20-25 clinical hours per week (minimum of 18 clinical hours per week)
• Attend agency meetings
• Keep client records up to date
• Comply with professional
• Follow organizational policies and procedures
• Share office space with others employed at Inclusive Minded
• Maintain active licensure to practice mental health counseling in the State of Utah (employee is responsible for all fees associated with maintaining their licensure)
• Associate license in good standing
• Have reliable transportation or have access to transportation to and from the office

Compensation

Compensation is dependent upon licensure, continuing education and certification, and experience:

Bilingual Associate Pre-Licensed Level Clinician (_requires employment (W2) and supervision under clinical supervisor’s license)_

• 45% of collected revenue
• 47% of collected revenue if you have a certification (i.e. EMDR, IFS, SP).

• We are pleased to offer complimentary training sessions to our therapists employees. Please note that while the training itself is provided at no cost to you, your attendance is voluntary and unpaid during the training hours. Some trainings offer CE opportunities.
