Bilingual Production Assistant Position – Responsibilities & Customer Support

• Provide administrative and project support to the production team in low voltage structured wiring.

• Coordinate production schedules, work orders, and documentation in both English and Spanish

• Assist with inventory tracking, equipment organization, and order processing

• Translate technical documents, instructions, and communications as needed

• Ensure all data entry, filing, and reporting tasks are completed accurately

• Communicate progress and challenges to project managers and team members

• Perform other administrative and production support tasks as assigned by supervision

Essential Skills for Bilingual Production Assistance & Team Collaboration

• Proficient bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish required)

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management abilities

• Effective interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Familiarity with administrative and scheduling processes

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Professional written and verbal communication skills

Required Education & Experience for Bilingual Production Support Roles

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required

• Previous experience in a similar administrative, production, or assistant role preferred

• Experience working in a bilingual (Spanish-English) environment is highly desirable

• Prior exposure to home automation, electrical, or construction industries is a plus
