With multiple established locations across Dallas, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a skilled, motivated RDA who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a high-volume general dental office, and the ideal candidate must be comfortable assisting with a wide range of procedures, working efficiently, and supporting both clinical flow and patient experience.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures while maintaining efficiency and patient comfort
• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories
• Help educate patients on treatment recommendations, including Invisalign and other services
• Support treatment presentation and help guide patients toward accepting care
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming, positive experience
• Work confidently with both adults and children
• Assist front office when needed (scheduling, follow-ups, coordination)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive clinical environment

What We’re Looking For

• Texas RDA license preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Experience with Open Dental (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Positive, professional attitude with a team-first mindset
• Organized and able to thrive in a high-volume environment

• Familiarity with Invisalign workflows and patient education

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
