Bilingual Receptionist / Customer Service Coordinator

Job Overview
Prestige Steel Doors and Windows is seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Bilingual Customer Service & Office Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX.

This position is a key role within the company and will serve as one of the main points of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong communication and customer service skills, and be capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast paced office environment.

We are looking for someone who is professional, detail oriented, solution focused, and comfortable handling customer communication, scheduling coordination, administrative support, and office operations.

This is NOT an entry level receptionist position. We are seeking someone who can confidently represent our company while helping maintain excellent customer experience and daily operational organization.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally in English and Spanish
  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Welcome and assist clients visiting the showroom
  • Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and customer follow ups
  • Support customer relationship management and client communication
  • Assist the sales and operations teams with administrative support
  • Communicate with installation crews regarding schedules and updates
  • Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and solution oriented manner
  • Maintain organization of office documents and files
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic QuickBooks tasks when needed
  • Support daily office operations and ensure professional communication at all times

QualificationsRequired:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills
  • Organized, detail oriented, and dependable
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency (Email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Experience with QuickBooks and Asana
  • Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or receptionist roles
  • Experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement industry is a plus

Schedule

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
In-office position located in Austin, TX.

Pay

$22–26 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
