We are looking for a friendly and organized Bilingual Receptionist/ Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers by phone.
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
- File and organize documents.
- Assist with general administrative and office duties.
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk procedures.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong computer skills with previous office and data entry experience required.
- Experience with Microsoft office( Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Pay: From $16.90 per hour
