Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish / Armenian) – Personal Injury Law Firm – Burbank, CA – $20–$25/hr + Benefits
About the Role:
Megeredchian Law is a high-volume personal injury law firm based in Burbank, CA, with a team of 90+ employees. We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Receptionist to join our front desk / receptionist team and serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and callers.
This position is ideal for a receptionist or front desk coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, can manage high call volume, and maintains a professional, friendly demeanor while handling multiple responsibilities at once.
You will work on-site in our Burbank office as part of a collaborative administrative team supporting a busy legal practice. Strong communication skills, customer service skills, organization, and the ability to stay composed under pressure are essential.
Fluency in Spanish or Armenian is required.
Key Responsibilities:
● Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
● Manage multiple calls simultaneously while greeting and checking in clients and visitors at the front desk
● Transfer calls accurately across a 90+ employee law firm
● Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors in person and by phone
● Communicate with clients regarding settlement checks, appointment reminders, and general inquiries
● Request and follow up on online reviews (Google / Yelp) in a professional manner
● Sort, scan, and assign incoming mail to client files using case management software
● Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages
● Receive, sort, and distribute incoming faxes accurately and efficiently
● Coordinate deliveries and vendors for the office
● Maintain front office organization, cleanliness, and supply inventory
● Provide general administrative support to the office as needed
Required Qualifications:
● Fluent in Spanish or Armenian (bilingual – verbal and written preferred)
● 1+ year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role in a professional office setting
● Prior experience handling high call volume and working with a multi-line phone system
● Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, courteous phone manner
● Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
● Professional demeanor and appearance
● Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working in a personal injury law firm or other law office / legal environment
● Experience using CASEpeer or other case management software
● Experience with Google Reviews, Yelp, or other online review platforms
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Compensation & Benefits:
● Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
