About the Job:
We’re looking for a Bilingual Receptionist/Office Assistant (English/Spanish) who can be the friendly, professional first point of contact for clients and staff. You’ll manage front-desk duties, support administrative tasks, and help keep our workplace running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and employees professionally
  • Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls accurately
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with light administrative tasks (filing, data entry, emails)
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception area

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus
