Bilingual Recruiter (Remote – Independent Contractor)

About the Role

We are seeking a self-driven, organized, and professional recruiter to support hiring processes on a per-project basis. This role is ideal for someone experienced in recruiting, with strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to deliver results independently and confidentially.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours. It is a freelance, results-based opportunity—not an hourly position—and ideal for someone who thrives working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on effective platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, and others)
  • Source and screen candidates for various roles
  • Conduct first-round interviews as needed
  • Deliver a shortlist of 3–5 qualified candidates per role
  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring lead
  • Maintain organized documentation and candidate tracking
  • Uphold strict confidentiality throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in professional recruiting
  • Spanish fluency highly preferred (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Zoom, and spreadsheets
  • Experience working as an independent contractor or freelancer
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive information

Compensation

This is a freelance/project-based position, not hourly. Compensation is structured as follows:

  • $300–$600 USD per hire, depending on the role
  • No minimum hours or hourly tracking required
  • Additional incentives may be offered based on quality, speed, and retention

FLSA Classification & Confidentiality

This position is classified as “Exempt – Independent Contractor (1099)” under U.S. FLSA guidelines. It is not eligible for overtime pay or employee benefits. Compensation is based on deliverables under a contractor agreement.

All selected candidates must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to starting.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
