Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process for healthcare professionals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage and maintain credentialing documentation for new hires and existing staff.
- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate with diverse candidates and clients effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in the credentialing process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in recruiting or credentialing, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and credentialing software.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
