Bilingual Regional Manager – Maintenance Operations

Full-Time | Exempt | Texas

We are a growing commercial maintenance and handyman company in Texas seeking a Bilingual experienced Supervisor to oversee multiple service teams and projects across an assigned region. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, accountability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for multiple maintenance teams across Texas sites
• Prioritize and oversee work orders and estimates to ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget
• Lead, train, and support Service Technicians to drive productivity, safety, and quality
• Schedule labor, tools, and resources efficiently across projects
• Conduct site visits, property walks, and create estimates
• Monitor regional performance, budgets, and profitability
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve service issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and safety requirements
• Maintain accurate daily reporting and end-of-day reviews

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience managing field service, maintenance, construction, or facilities teams
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Comfortable working in the field and remotely as needed
• Texas market experience preferred
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based systems
• Comfortable using smartphone applications for scheduling, reporting, communication, photos, and work order management
• Ability to submit reports, update job statuses, and communicate electronically throughout the workday

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
