ACTS Cleaning Services is hiring a Bilingual Residential Cleaner / Driver to join our professional cleaning team. This position is ideal for someone with residential cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license.

This role combines house cleaning, housekeeping, and driver responsibilities, including transporting team members and cleaning equipment to job sites throughout the Capital Region.

Key ResponsibilitiesResidential Cleaning / Housekeeping

• Perform detailed house cleaning services in residential homes and apartments
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care
• Deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchens (appliances, sinks, countertops)
• Move-in / move-out cleaning
• Laundry duties (washing, folding, organizing) when required
• Follow company cleaning checklists and sanitation standards

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport cleaners and supplies
• Travel between job sites across Albany, Troy, Schenectady, and surrounding areas
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization

Customer Service & Teamwork

• Provide professional and friendly service to clients
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Ensure all jobs meet ACTS Cleaning Services quality standards

Schedule

Full-Time Position

• Monday – Friday (Primary Schedule)
• Some Saturdays as needed

Typical Hours:

• Start & End Time: 7:30 AM – 4PM
• (depending on daily job schedule)

Consistent weekly hours
Opportunity for overtime

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish & English REQUIRED
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or maid service experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Reliable transportation to reporting location
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work daily
• Strong time management and ability to work independently
