We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bilingual Restaurant Manager to lead our fine dining restaurant operations in Doha.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with solid operational experience, financial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, train, and motivate Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams
- Maintain high service standards and brand compliance
- Plan and manage event budgets, revenue targets, and profit margins
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Drive private dining and corporate event sales
- Manage inventory, staffing schedules, and operational KPIs
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant management
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in sales growth and cost control
- Experience handling high-volume, premium clientele
- Locally available in Qatar preferred
