Bilingual Restaurant Manager (Arabic & English) – Fine Dining

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bilingual Restaurant Manager to lead our fine dining restaurant operations in Doha.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with solid operational experience, financial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, train, and motivate Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams
• Maintain high service standards and brand compliance
• Plan and manage event budgets, revenue targets, and profit margins
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
• Drive private dining and corporate event sales
• Manage inventory, staffing schedules, and operational KPIs

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant management
• Fine dining experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record in sales growth and cost control
• Experience handling high-volume, premium clientele
• Locally available in Qatar preferred
