Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Bilingual ROTA Nanny (Spanish/English) to join a dedicated caregiving team in <LOCATION>. This vital role involves providing attentive, loving, and culturally sensitive childcare for children of various ages, ensuring their safety, development, and happiness. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality childcare and supervision for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap times, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary needs and preferences.
- Engage children with educational activities, playtime, reading, and age-appropriate teaching to foster development and curiosity.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping duties related to childcare, including cleaning toys and play areas.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized care plans and working closely with families or specialists.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures, to ensure a secure environment for children at all times.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential; strong communication skills in both languages are required.
- Prior experience working with children across various age groups, including infants and toddlers; preschool experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in caregiving environments such as daycare or nanny settings.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications related to childcare or teaching are a plus.
- Ability to perform light cleaning duties related to childcare responsibilities efficiently.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is advantageous.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
