Bilingual Sales And Lead Generation Representative - Arabic

Role Summary

Convert qualified LinkedIn leads into paying clients for Scopus-indexed publication services. You’ll run discovery, solution mapping, proposals, and close.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct discovery calls; map needs to service packages (manuscript refinement, journal selection, submission support, APC advisory, response-to-reviewers).


  • Build proposals, pricing, and timelines; manage objections and procurement steps.


  • Own pipeline stages from SQL to Close Won; forecast accurately in CRM.


  • Nurture stakeholders (authors, co-authors, department admins, lab managers).


  • Partner with Delivery to ensure smooth handoff and client satisfaction.


Requirements


  • 2–4 years B2B consultative sales (services/agency or higher-ed/ed-tech ideal).


  • Excellent spoken and written English; confident on Zoom/Google Meet.


  • Proven quota attainment with LinkedIn-sourced deals.


  • CRM discipline; proposal writing; objection handling.


  • Understanding of academic publishing workflows is a plus.


KPIs


Win rate, sales cycle length, new revenue, average deal size, forecast accuracy, churn/expansion.


Location & Work Setup

Remote; partial overlap with GST and UK time zones.


Compensation

Competitive base + commission (uncapped) + accelerators on over-achievement.
