Bilingual Sales Associate (Commission-Based)

We are seeking a motivated, bilingual Sales Associate to join our team, specializing in roofing, siding, and gutter sales. This field-based position involves visiting homeowners, conducting roof inspections, providing estimates, and closing deals. You’ll be driving a company vehicle and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit homes to inspect roofing, siding, and gutter conditions
• Safely climb and walk on roofs to assess damage or needed work
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services clearly
• Drive to scheduled appointments and job sites (company vehicle provided)
• Communicate with homeowners in both English and Spanish
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
• Work evenings and Saturdays as required
• Adapt to changing schedules, weather, and job site conditions

Requirements:

• Bilingual – Spanish & English required or strongly preferred
• Must be able to safely climb and walk on roofs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Available to work Saturdays and evenings
• Strong people and communication skills
• Reliable, motivated, and open to training
• Comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling and communication
• Sales or construction experience is a plus but not required
