Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to provide exceptional service, understand their needs, and promote our products or services effectively.
• Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Assist customers in-store and online with product inquiries and sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Create and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Capture photos/videos of inventory and promotions
• Respond to messages, comments, and leads on social platforms
• Promote products and drive sales through social media
• Stay up to date with social media trends and implement new ideas

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
• Excellent relationship management skills with a proactive approach to engaging customers both online and offline.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation
• Sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable being on camera and engaging with an audience
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented

Compensation

• Hourly base pay + Commission
• Pay is largely performance-based, with earnings driven by sales and commission
• Potential to earn up to $50/hour or more depending on performance

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
