Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $16–$22/hr + Uncapped Commission

Overview
Join Ad Boost as a Bilingual Sales Representative — you’ll take charge of day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and deliver top-tier customer experiences. You’ll lead an energetic team, provide strong leadership, and help customers connect with the latest wireless solutions.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and guide the team to consistently meet and beat sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and keep overall store satisfaction high
• Manage store operations including inventory control, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
• Train, coach, and support team members to help them succeed
• Keep the store well-presented and maintain merchandising standards
• Lead community-oriented marketing efforts and local outreach
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and with care

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English preferred
• Prior experience in retail or sales management (wireless industry is a plus)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational ability
• Goal-oriented, dependable, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
