Bilingual Sales Representative ( English/ Spanish - No cold calls/ In-Office)

The company is looking for a Bilingual Sales Representatives to to join our team. This role is a blend of inbound consultation and outbound patient re-engagement - you'll be connecting with patients who already know and trust our brand and helping them take the next step in their wellness journey, as well as conducting outbound calls to Spanish speaking prospective patients. Job Descriptions

  • Re-engage existing patients via outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to reintroduce services and schedule appointments
  • Handle inbound inquiries and consultations, converting leads into booked appointments across our service lines
  • Communicate the value of our treatments (injectables, skin care, body contouring, regenerative therapies, and more) in a warm, consultative way
  • Conduct outreach in both English and Spanish, serving our diverse DFW patient base
  • Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to align on promotions, specials, and patient messaging
  • Track activity and pipeline in our CRM, maintaining clean and accurate records
  • Meet and exceed monthly appointment and revenue goals
  • Able to back up call-center as necessary
  • Other duties as requested

Qualifications

· 1 - 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales or technical support in a nutrition, health and wellness, fitness or supplement organization

. Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) — required

· Outstanding verbal (including telephone) and written communication skills

· Basic organization, analysis and communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-changing environment

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

· Ability to open conversations, answer questions and successfully set appointment

. Warm, confident communicator who can build trust quickly over the phone and in person

. CRM experience preferred (HubSpot or similar)

. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment

. Genuine interest in aesthetics, wellness, or personal care

· Company will provide the necessary training

· Base + Commission (Negotiable)

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
