Bilingual (Samoan-English) Research Interviewer

Job Summary
Research Interviewers will contact residents of American Samoa to conduct scripted telephone interviews and gather critical health data to support community health programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research interviews to gather valuable data from respondents.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a positive rapport with respondent.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure data integrity.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with respondents and team members.

Skills

• Must be proficient speaking and reading Samoan.
• Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry.
• Able to read from a pre-defined script with ease.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Pay Re-evaluation and Full-time Employment

• Interviewers working over 20 hours per week are eligible for wage re-evaluation after four consecutive weeks.
• Interviewers will be considered for full-time employment after three months of uninterrupted service.

Hours

Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm & 5pm-9pm

Saturday: 9am-6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
