Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator

Overview
Scheduling coordinators are responsible for managing the schedules of the employees at our jobsites. If you have strong attention to detail and good organization and communication skills this might be a job for you. Must be able to fluently read, write and speak English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain schedule by updating and revising employees as necessary depending on circumstances
  • Anticipate manpower needs and hire accordingly
  • Attend scheduling meetings with management to plan upcoming needs
  • Monitor employee timecard for accuracy
  • Receive, review, screens and maintain job applications for future qualified employees
  • Must be willing to work overtime.
  • Perform daily monitoring and working of the schedule queues
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School or Equivalent (preferred)
  • Office Experience (2 years+)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced working environment
  • Ability to multitask with great attention to detail
  • Positive thinking and team player
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel,Word,Outlook etc.)
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize varies tasks and follow instruction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
