Responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel and oversee daily security operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Act as the primary dispatcher, coordinating security responses, alarms, and emergency situations promptly and efficiently
• Verify identification and authorize access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at entry points
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches and respond accordingly
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents, shift reports, and access records for accountability and reporting purposes
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency responders, and internal teams during incidents or emergencies
• Conduct routine patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or hazards

Skills

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for clear communication with diverse teams and visitors
• Valid D license required for vehicle operations within the facility premises
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team confidently and assertively
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate dispatch activities clearly and efficiently
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and experience with loss prevention strategies
• Familiarity with law enforcement procedures, conflict management, first aid, CPR, and security protocols
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism at all times
