Job Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn
- Manage social media accounts and monitor performance metrics to track the success of campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Skills:
-Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing graphics and videos
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track social media performance
- Strong research skills to gather insights about target audience and competitors
- Knowledge of advertising principles and techniques to optimize ad campaigns on social media platforms
- Photography skills to capture high-quality images for social media posts
- Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools to schedule and publish content
- Ability to stigmatize SEO best practices to improve organic reach on search engines
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a loyal community
