We are expanding our trainer network and are looking for an experienced Bilingual Soft Skills Trainer (English & Arabic) to deliver high-quality programs on a project basis (part-time).

Role Overview

The selected trainer will deliver engaging, practical, and results-driven soft skills training programs for corporate clients across various industries. Programs may be delivered face-to-face or virtually, depending on project requirements.

This is a project-based, part-time opportunity, suitable for experienced freelance trainers or professionals with strong facilitation expertise.

The trainer must have proven experience delivering training in the following areas:

• Leadership Development
• Communication Skills
• Emotional Intelligence
• Customer Service
• Selling Skills
• Customer Experience (CX)
• Negotiation Skills
• Relationship Management (CRM)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive, high-impact training sessions in both English and Arabic
• Customize content based on client needs and industry context
• Facilitate discussions, case studies, and experiential learning activities
• Manage diverse participant groups (entry-level to senior management)
• Provide post-training feedback and insights when required
• Maintain high professional standards and brand alignment

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Experience working with corporate clients
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to engage adult learners effectively
• Experience delivering both in-person and online sessions
• Professional certifications in training, coaching, HR, leadership, or related fields (preferred)
