• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their banking needs in both English and Spanish.
• Process cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks while maintaining strict cash handling procedures.
• Manage customer accounts by performing deposits, withdrawals, debits & credits, and updating account information using financial software.
• Promote and upsell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and other financial services to meet customer needs.
• Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring suspicious activities during transactions and following security protocols.
• Support loan origination processes by gathering necessary documentation and assisting customers through the application steps.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships through proactive relationship management and personalized service to encourage loyalty. Qualifications
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
• Previous experience in banking, retail math, cashiering or financial services is preferred.
• Strong skills in cash management, cashiering, debits & credits, and basic math are essential for accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of financial sales techniques, upselling strategies, and customer relationship management tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate financial software systems efficiently and perform 10 key typing with speed and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail with the ability to detect potential fraud or suspicious activity during transactions. Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
